Customer Review: An worthwhile upgrade.
This new design has all of the great feature you expect from TomTom but coupled with a more usable mounting system and a great widescreen display. Both myself and my wife spent a large amount of time investigating the various models on the market and found the features and ease of use of the TomTom Go 520/720 were clearly the best available. Coupled with the iPod cable I can now use both my TomTom and iPod through my car radio and not have difficulty hearing instructions over the music. On the downside my Mobile phone, an orange SPV3100, does not want to work with the hands free option provided; this is a bit of a disappointment to an otherwise perfect solution.

Customer Review: Its great - but a word of warning !!!
I have just bought this after owning a Garmin sat nav. It is clearly a top sat nav, the vioice recognision is very good, speed top etc. Loads of fuctions and fun. The word of warning is related to the hands free compatibility. I am talking with tom tom customer service about this right now, i have a SE W8010i, which seems to work fine with the GO 520, message reading, phone book transfur, receiving and making calls via the screen, its the buzzing i get (and the other people get) when making a call. Tom tom have said, the phone isnt compatable so there is no support for this problem. If you look at their compatible list for the GO 520, there are only 3 manufactures that have fully compatable phones - so im not sure their claim this unit can be used as a hands free phone unit is really fair - you can check the compatibility at www.tomtom.com/phones

I would recommend you do - hay, other than that, its a top toy to have.

Customer Review: Great product - terrrible support and software!
I purchased this one year ago for my wife as she is a keen runner. In principle I thought: specific product / big brand. But she has had issue after issue with the software: cannot sync / does not see the player…Now I understand that SONY have moved to Windows Media software for all future products! So my advice is look elsewhere, as the software is not supported and the device has been off the SONY shelves for a long while.

I’m a big Sony fan and this is the worst Sony product I have bought by far. The battery life is poor and the jog wheel is too sensitive so that it turns itself on in your bag and runs itself flat all the time. You can only recharge it via a USB too. When you are using it, the jog wheel clicks out of the ‘lock’ position quite easily and will change tracks and albums whilst in your pocket. However, do like that it’s light and has a pedometer which makes it ideal for taking out running…that’s about it. Sony are great. This product isn’t.

I am really happy with my zen stone. Its so easy to use,ive never owned an mp3 player before so this was so perfect for me as its simple,easy to use. No big scary instruction book. I just put my songs on and i was away. The colour is great as well,had many compliments. Would def reccomend this,its such a good price as well.
