Not bad, but definitely not great. Like others, we’ve struggled to get even toasting and the toasting increments don’t seem to work very well. If you slice your own bread too (or use breadmaker bread) then you’ll struggle to get 2 slices in. As if all this isn’t bad enough, ours just popped (literally - quite a loud bang) after 10 months service. Lucky to get 2 stars TBH - close to a single but the good looks and useful timing indicator just drag it back up. UPDATED: Our replacement failed after 2 months! Amazon aren’t bothering to send a replacement either “..problem is more widespread than we originally thought…”. My advice is DON’T TOUCH THIS ITEM If I could, I’d reduce to zero stars now…
Customer Review: quickly died
After one month the electronic control died. toast now burns unless watched in a hawk-like manner. Soon to be replaced.
