I received this product in 3 days despite the postals strikes. My laptop runs vista so I requested the updated software by email as advised, this was replied to and the details sent immediately. I live in an area where the TV reception is very poor so the little arial did not pick up anything, however when I plugged it into our home ariel it picked up loads of channels, and the picture is crystal clear. I can’t wait to try it when we are out and about on our camping holidays! Fantastic Value.
