Customer Review: Leaves a filmy residue…
I bought this stuff at a brick-and-mortar store and have been very disappointed with it. It doesn’t get all of my dishes clean, and it leaves a film on many items! It leaves a funny smell in my glasses that I can smell when I’m drinking water, which makes me wonder what chemicals I’m also ingesting! Even if they are biodegradable, I don’t want to consume them!! I am very disappointed in this product and will be glad when the bottle runs out so I can go back to my normal detergent. It may be less environmentally-friendly, but at least I never thought I could be drinking it!!!
Customer Review: never got it!
I had to order this product twice because the first shipment was damaged in transit. I had to keep e mailing to see where it was and finally figured out that it wasn’t coming. Then I had to reorder it and the second shipment was damaged in transit as well! It never came. The frustrating part was that Amazon never let me know that it wasn’t coming or that it was damaged in transit. I had to keep investigating it on my own. I had to request a refund as well. Very frustrating. I do like Seventh Generation products though. Anything to help save the Earth a little is good to use.
