Having bought a Dell Vostro 1500, quite a few of the laptop sleeves on the market seem to be aimed towards fitting Macbooks and thinner laptops. As seen on the skin’s maximum laptop size guideline, it was able to accomodate the Vostro nicely - which is built like a tank. The Neoprene material seems a good quality, the sleeve would keep the laptop safe for when I take it to Uni in my rucksack.

I spent hours researching all sorts of cleaners on the internet and finally decided that the Sebo K3 on paper at least looked like it would cover all of these situations.

This machine screams quality from the minute you take it out of the box. The unit itself is sturdy and the tube is metal with a robust hose (which doesn’t give static shocks when vacuuming the carpet!). It comes with an excellent variety of tools - including a powered floor head but to be honest I’ve hardly used this as the standard head that comes with it works really well. It also has a really long crevice tool which is fantastic for getting down the sides of chairs and for getting into all those awkward spots in the car.

It’s quiet(ish), has excellent suction and manoeuvres easily - especially the floor head which has a swivel joint connecting it to the hose making it a dawdle for vacuuming between and around things like chair legs. The bit I like best is that there is a variable power/on/off swtich on the handle for instant use.

I had been worried that a ‘bagged’ vacuum would work out expensive to run because of the cost of the bags but the dust bags work out at about a ?1 each. I’ve been using this vacuum for months without having to change the bag and have only just changed the first bag. The beauty being that you don’t have to choke on all the dust like you do with a bagless vacuum when emptying it. It also means that the suction now is as good as the first day as none of the inner workings get clogged with dust.

I’d highly recommend this vacuum to anyone thinking of purchasing a new one: splash out and get yourself a decent machine that will last for years.

The speaking clock is great and the phone alarm has a message saying ‘wake up’ - which is very cool!

If this had a calender and radio as well I would keep it, the lack of a camera is not a major concern - but these are not negatives because this is a no frills phone.

The display can be hard to read in sunlight but for calls and texts - this is all you need. The classic snake is great - I miss that.

Battery life is amazing and it has a solid feel and comfortable keypad.

There are very few phone which impress me - I’m very picky and this is one of those rare times where I found a brilliant phone.

I bought one of these chargers (not from Amazon) and it has worked OK for the past few months. I plugged it in today and noticed a burning smell after about 5 mins. The charger had melted around the LED of the USB end. It’s lucky it didn’t catch fire and the phone and USB port aren’t damaged. DO NOT USE WITH AN N95!!!
Customer Review: Didn’t actually work
I bought this as it looked quite compact. However having received it and plugged it into my phone and PC, the phone did not charge.

It is solidly built and apart from the battery cover being removable, does not seem to have the option of replacing the front or back covers if you break them. Has a black and white screen, but easier to see than latest colour screens, particularly in sunny weather.

Battery life is good: I seem to get over 7 days standby from a full charge. Mains adaptor is a 100-240V lightweight travel type adaptor (that sells for ?13 if bought separately). Has the standard Nokia charger socket, so will also work with ACP7 (standard 220V charger) and also the ACP12 (lightweight travel charger).

Clear call quality as well. Only a few ringtones on it, but you can download more if you want. Also has speaking clock which will tell you the time.

Good quality at a fair price: you couldn’t go wrong with this.

I got one to protect my N95 but ended up taking it off because of the bits of plastic that were hanging off were catching on my clothing. Within a week it was cracked and broke, and this was not through any rough treatment. Clearly the plastic used is too brittle,when a more resilient and flexible one is required. Back to the drawing board Mr designer!

I tried to give this no stars, but apparently that isn’t an option… I have only made a few recipes from this book, but after reading the recipes, it is a terrible cook book. It features complete lack of organization, many recipes are duplicates of others, no commentary on the recipes. The few things I did make were so bad we threw them away without even serving them. I’m not even selling mine on Amazon, I’m putting it in the recycle bin.

This product is the only one that took out some hard water streaks and small blemishes and doesn’t leave the white dull spots where you worked the paint. I actually had to use this to restore an area I went over with a more expensive product. It took out streaks that the dealership didn’t get off and does not affect the shine of the paint in any way. I was about to give up when a friend of mine told me to try this stuff he bought off tv and I couldn’t believe how good it worked and bought a tube of my own just for future use. If you are looking for a new product because you have had any success or the ones you’ve used left a dull spot(it will get these out) this one is worth the shot. Customer Review: Workhorse appliance
I do not own this product, but own its predecessor, the National SR-CF05N. I have had this rice cooker for over ten years. I have used it on average about three times a week. It is mind boggling to think that this appliance works just as well as the day I bought it. I have never used any of the fancy features, but it makes great rice, and I have never had any appliance, especially one that is both electronic and mechanical, last as long as this one. Even the non-stick coating in the bowl is still in great shape, except where the dimple in the bottom has an edge that gets abraded from so many washings. This is NOTHING like those cheap $30-40 rice cookers. This is a miracle of engineering.

Customer Review: ONLY WORKS IN THE UK, AND RE-INSTALLATION IS COMPLICATED
I acquired this product packaged with a new Nokia N73. Initial impressions were cautiously good - it has so far worked extremely well in my local area as a navigation aid and has great customising flexibility. However, even as an experienced computer and mobile comms user, I was initially baffled by the installation and map download procedures which have changed considerably since the manual was produced. Firstly, you only get one go at installing the software off the supplied miniSD card. It has to be activated live over an internet connection from your phone within 4 days or it locks up. There is a manual registration alternative, but once the software has been activated the existing installation has to be de-registered via a phone call to ALK if you want to re-install it. It is inevitable that many users will need to go through this process, as the miniSD card supplied is only 256Mb, which does not offer enough space for maps beyond the UK/Eire pre-installed on it or for a reasonable library of personal datafiles. Cue the next unpleasant surprise. The installation process deletes the installer file on the original miniSD card, and in order to re-install I had to download a new copy of the zipped file from ALK’s website (and incidentally I wasted over 2 hours late at night struggling with the download before turning off my Zone Alarm firewall enabled me to complete it). The next hurdle was that, having installed the program in phone memory (naively assuming that this would enable me to access different map files on different miniSD cards) I found that in this location the program could not access any map files at all. The biggest blow, however, came when I tried to plot a route to a World Cup rugby fixture in France and found that most roads outside the UK/Eire are blanked out. The website offers an upgrade to the whole of Europe for about ?49 for certain platforms, but I received an email from ALK today in response to my enquiry, confirming that no upgrade is at present available for Symbian. Conclusion: This seems an outstanding product for Symbian s60 (3rd Edition), IF all you want to do is insert the pre-installed mini-SD card supplied with the package and navigate around the British Isles. In this mode it is a simple, flexible and highly elegant solution, and the CoPilot GPS/bluetooth receiver that came packaged with it (as the N73 does not have a built-in GPS receiver) is both attractive and efficient. HOWEVER, there is at present no way of accessing the continental European maps on the mobile device (even though they are provided on CD-ROMs as part of the package and work perfectly well on a Windows PC). This seems perverse as users of other platforms can access these maps on the road for a price. Moreover, moving the installation to a larger miniSD card to allow space for more maps, music or other userdata is in my view an excessively complicated and time-consuming procedure which could potentially be beyond the skills of an inexperienced end-user. Shame to spoil an otherwise excellent product with botched packaging.

Customer Review: A Case for a phone… just not for the N95 8Gb!
Bought this from a motorway service station paying way over the odds. Wont make that mistake again. Dont buy this case. I thought I was buying a quality case, as the advertising is keen to stress on the Krussell packaging etc. But I couldnt believe when I got home how on earth the phone was meant to fit inside the case. Im sure having designed the case,.. that someone has obviously tested that the N95 8Gb phone goes in the case. Just not sure how long they spent trying to get their test phone into the case!???? Ive spent most of this evening trying to get the phone carefully into the case as per instructions and diagram… and I am not keen to try and force my ?x hundred pound phone. It is as the other reviewers have mentioned.. a waste of leather, plastic and unfortunately… cash! I should have checked with Amazon first. I am only browsing to see if other people have had similar experiences with their Krussel Cases, and ‘we’ have.
Customer Review: Useless for text lovers
I would agree with the other 2 reviews I’ve read and wish I’d read them before I bought (I didn’t buy the case from Amazon either). I’ve had a case from this firm before which was fine but this one is a terrible design. I too have concerns about wear and tear on the phone and rather than use the case will put it down to experience and sling it in the bin. But even without this problem the case is still useless as everytime you want to access the keyboard (which as a keen texter I do a lot)you have to unfasten the case and slide the keyboard open. Then to close the keyboard you have a mammoth struggle to align it again. Don’t waste your money.
