Customer Review: A Case for a phone… just not for the N95 8Gb!
Bought this from a motorway service station paying way over the odds. Wont make that mistake again. Dont buy this case. I thought I was buying a quality case, as the advertising is keen to stress on the Krussell packaging etc. But I couldnt believe when I got home how on earth the phone was meant to fit inside the case. Im sure having designed the case,.. that someone has obviously tested that the N95 8Gb phone goes in the case. Just not sure how long they spent trying to get their test phone into the case!???? Ive spent most of this evening trying to get the phone carefully into the case as per instructions and diagram… and I am not keen to try and force my ?x hundred pound phone. It is as the other reviewers have mentioned.. a waste of leather, plastic and unfortunately… cash! 
I should have checked with Amazon first. I am only browsing to see if other people have had similar experiences with their Krussel Cases, and ‘we’ have.
Customer Review: Useless for text lovers
I would agree with the other 2 reviews I’ve read and wish I’d read them before I bought (I didn’t buy the case from Amazon either). I’ve had a case from this firm before which was fine but this one is a terrible design. I too have concerns about wear and tear on the phone and rather than use the case will put it down to experience and sling it in the bin. But even without this problem the case is still useless as everytime you want to access the keyboard (which as a keen texter I do a lot)you have to unfasten the case and slide the keyboard open. Then to close the keyboard you have a mammoth struggle to align it again. Don’t waste your money.

I bought one of these from ‘Mobile and Me’ through a link from Amazon. Item arrived next day, recommend seller. As the other review says; this isn’t the most aesthetic of items and the proof of the pudding will only come when I eventually drop the phone but for only a couple of quid compared to some of the leather jobs with bad reviews sold on Amazon I have to say I’m delighted.
Customer Review: Way better than the hard plastic alternative
Bought this as an alternative to a case that wraps around the whole phone, or those leather / neoprene affairs that split eventually and offer very little protection for the screen. Fitting this to the phone is easy, just drop it into the bottom half of the case, then slide the top half on. The two halves are held together by a thin line of plastic set into the silicon, which i did have initial reservations about, but has held together well. The case does add a small amount of width because of two thicker ridges of silicon running down the sides, but these act as excellent bumpers for the inevitable moment when you drop your phone and do add good overall grip when making calls. All the major buttons are still accessible and easy to use as the manufacturers have placed slightly harder sections of plastic over them which don’t impair use at all, the infrared still works fine through the case as well. The fit around the camera lens is perfect but the sliding switch to open the lens cover is slightly restricted when closing, not really a problem though and it does stop accidental opening. The silicon also adds a small amount of thickness to the area around the screen which does protect it if you place it face down, but it does not cover the screen at all so i have used this case in conjunction with peel off screen protectors and found this a good pairing. There is a cut out in the side of the case to allow access to the memory card, but the silicon is a little too thick to get to the cover without removing the case first. Again not a problem if, like me, you install your memory card once and never have any real need to remove it as i just use the usb cable supplied for file transfers anyway. The slide action works perfectly in both directions and the two halves of the phone are not forced apart in any way as is the case with some other products. However i often carry the phone in my pocket and the only gripe i do have about the case, hence the 4 star rating, is that silicon is very grippy and holds on to the inside of pockets very well. I have found that one half of the case can catch on the lining of clothes and cause the slide to open accidentally, especially on a phone that slides in both directions. Again something that can be adapted to though. All in all an excellent product that protects the phone extremely well while not impairing any of its functions.

Customer Review: Don’t buy this phone
Don’t even consider this phone, mine has been repaired so many times in the past 12 months I have lost count, everytime I enter the shop the engineer bows and declares what a poor phone this is, and asks what’s wrong this time. This time, Nokia are refusing to repair it even though it has another 12 months warranty to run, they are refusing to reply to my emails and have left me with a ?400 piece of plastic. The camera is really slow, so slow you will miss your photo opportunity. The MP3 player is really basic, no EQ, no repeat loops, just play pause next and previous. This phone certainly isn’t “What computers have become!” as advertised. Stay away!
Customer Review: Good Features.. Pitty the phone dies young!
Ok, so. I’ve had the phone for about 6 months. First got it, thought “WOW! what an amazing phone.”Fantastic camera, easy to use when you understand, music quality is great, wifi feautres brilliant. Everything. 3 days later,, screen is a tad loose, not a major issue. Now, 6 months after having the phone… 1) Volume button does not work 2)Left menu button, Down & right buttons, do not work 3) Screen is extremly loose, 4) Hash key difficult to press, 5) Slide can be rather sticky sometimes.~ 6) Massive software problems, phone crashes ALOT. I kept this phone in my pocket everyday, treated it amazingly. SO What the hell is going on? Conclusion is that it IS a fantastic phone, probably only second to the 8GB version- but, if you want it to last the length of a contract for example you really do need to wrap it up in cotton wool and press the buttons with alot of care.
